Checks before money moves
If you are buying in the UAE, we inspect the goods and verify the supplier company before any payment leaves your account.
Collection and export clearance
We collect from the supplier, warehouse or free zone, handle the UAE export or re-export declaration and book the carrier.
Main carriage
Air, sea, road or a combination. You get tracking, the bill of lading or air waybill, and a named person who answers.
Import clearance and delivery
Our agent at destination clears the cargo and delivers to the door. Duties, taxes and last-mile are all on one invoice.
Why a Dubai free zone base matters
Goods held inside a Dubai free zone have not legally entered the United Arab Emirates. They sit under customs supervision with duty suspended, which means you can store them, inspect them, repack them, consolidate them with cargo from other suppliers and then re-export them on a fresh set of documents — without paying UAE import duty at any point.
That is the mechanism behind most Dubai trade. It is why a container from China can be split between three buyers in Africa, why a European trader can hold stock close to the Gulf without a local company, and why a shipment can be redirected mid-route when a market closes.
We hold a free zone licence and work directly against Jebel Ali Port, Dubai International (DXB), Al Maktoum (DWC) and Sharjah, so the free zone step is part of our normal workflow rather than an exception.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with companies or private individuals?
Both. Companies are the bulk of our work — traders, manufacturers, distributors and retailers. We also handle private shipments: a car, a household move, a single pallet of personal goods.
Can you buy the goods in the UAE on my behalf?
Yes. We can source from the local market, inspect, pay the supplier against your funds and export in your name or ours. This is common for cars, spare parts, electronics and building materials.
How fast do I get a price?
Same working day for standard air and sea freight. Project cargo, dangerous goods and unusual routes take one to two days because we have to confirm with carriers and check permits.
What do you need from me to quote?
Origin and destination addresses, what the goods are, gross weight, dimensions or CBM, the HS code if you have it, and your preferred Incoterm. If you do not know the Incoterm, say what you want to pay for and we will propose one.
Do you handle customs at the destination too?
Yes, through our agent network. You can take the shipment on a DAP or DDP basis so that import clearance, duty and last-mile delivery are included in one price.
